1范圍
GB/T 25347界定了船舶燃料與潤滑油(以下簡稱“燃潤料”)供應中有關來源、生產(chǎn)設施、作業(yè)方式、作業(yè)過程、檢驗及計量的術語和定義。
GB/T 25347適用于船舶燃潤料供應企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理、質量認證、生產(chǎn)作業(yè)等,也適用于相關能源管理部門、公證及檢驗機構和船舶燃潤料使用單位進行能源統(tǒng)計、計劃、品質鑒定等管理活動。

2.1
船舶燃潤料 marine fuels and lubricants
供船舶內燃機、動力設備及裝置使用的各種燃料和潤滑油品。

供船舶內燃機及其他船舶動力設備使用的各種燃料。

船舶潤滑油 marine lubricants
供船舶動力裝置及設備使用的潤滑油品。
3燃潤料來源
3.1
燃潤料來源 source of marine fuels and lubricants
燃潤料供應企業(yè)獲取燃潤料的來源地、渠道和生產(chǎn)企業(yè)。
3.2
進口燃潤料 imported marine fuels and lubricants
從國外直接采購的燃潤料。
注:分為含稅進口燃潤料和免稅進口燃潤料。
3.3
含稅進口燃潤料 imported marine fuels and lubricants with duty paid
繳納了關稅、消費稅、增值稅,可在國內銷售的進口燃潤料。
3.4
免稅進口燃潤料 imported marine fuels and lubricants with duty free
按海關規(guī)定辦理免費手續(xù),免征關稅、消費稅、增值稅,存人經(jīng)海關批準和實施監(jiān)管的保稅庫(罐)中的進口燃潤料。
3.5
配額燃潤料 quota marine fuels and lubricants
經(jīng)國家相關部門批準,可按一定額度進口的燃潤料。
